Krasskova's Creations

Despite the fact that women were among some of the first pioneers in photography, they are significantly under-represented in museums and the workplace. So when I see a coffee table book come along featuring 82 different women photographers showcasing the natural wonders in our wild and protected places, I realize that there’s magic in the tome.

I also fully admit to being a bit biased, as a photographer whose work I own, KC Hulsman, has her work included in the collection. Look for her award-winning shot “Out the Window” from Big Bend National Park (Texas) in the book.

MAGIC IN THE WILDERNESS is a 10″x8″ book with 132 pages, featuring the work of members of Women Capture Magic. The book is printed by Blurb and available in the Blurb bookstore in both hardcover and softcover versions. The hardcover features an imagewrap cover with a durable matte finish, and the softcover features a flexible, glossy cover. Both styles feature premium lustre paper inside.
